I know that sounds a little dramatic, but dealing with chronic stress and anxiety is pretty dramatic too. Here's the thing that most practitioners won't tell you: In order to create PERMANENT change, you must address all parts of yourself. To achieve complete healing and balance within yourself, you must look at what is going on in all four of your bodies: the emotional, mental, physical, and energetic. Here is what I usually see in my practice. Tell me if this sounds anything like you:

  • "I've been taking medication, and it helps, but if I get off it, I will be overwhelmed with anxiety." Medication is great for many people, but it only addresses the problem at the physical level, ignoring the mental, emotional, and energetic aspects.

​​

  • "I've been in therapy for years, and I don't feel much better. I feel stuck." The right therapist can change your life, but most therapeutic modalities help the emotional and (conscious) mental bodies, ignoring the energetic and physical aspects.

​​

  • "I have done endless yoga and Reiki classes and sessions, and I feel good immediately after, but I come right back to feeling awful." Balancing the energetic body is an amazing tool when you have a great practitioner (or even when you do it on your own), but it addresses the energetic body and, to a limited extent, the physical and emotional aspects, leaving the mental aspect completely out of the picture.

Don't get me wrong, there's huge value in all different kinds of practices, and they work wonders when you are open and willing to change and have a solid practitioner leading your way. Many people find a great deal of satisfaction with traditional modalities. If that's you, congratulations! You found your way.   • Each class will take you in-depth through a specific module.

  • Each class will have a lesson, class work for integration of a new skill and either a hypnosis, holotropic breathwork, or meditation session.

05/15/24 CLASS 2: Stress is meant to be your ally. Understand all the ways that stress is trying to help you so that you can use this to your advantage and terminate the over reactions to regular daily stimulus.  

 

05/22/24 CLASS  3: How you actively create your reality. There is a predictable nature to our experiences. When you start slowing it all down you feel powerful to change your thoughts, actions, and emotions.

05/29/24 CLASS 4: Reframing language Part 1. Learn the four phrases that are most impacting your stress and anxiety and begin to eliminate them from your vocabulary to experience drastic change.

06/05/24 CLASS 5: The brain and your inner pharmacy. Finally understand why you feel what you feel and why it's been so hard to change it. Learn to identify your inner critic and how to turn it into an ally.

06/12/24 CLASS 6: Reframing language Part 2. Tune your ears to the most powerful phrase in the English language. Learn the methodology of self-reiki and use it as a modality to support your work.

That's it. Rewiring your Brain is a process that is ALREADY HAPPENING in your head (and body). So why is it so unbelievably hard to do it on purpose? Because the old wiring has a ton of experience and it's just easier to do the same-old, same-old.

I took medication and exercised, helping my physical body alleviate symptoms. I went to therapy and I meditated, helping my mind & sometimes my emotional body understand what was happening. I went to yoga, acupuncture, received reiki and spent time in nature to balance my energetic body.

At the end of the day, I still struggled.

Mental 

Your mind body is your brain and all of the wonderful things that it does. Think of your mind body as having three parts. It's composed of your conscious mind, always working, planning and being logical.

 

Your unconscious mind is in charge of your autonomic nervous system, your automatic functions like breathing, digesting and responding to stress. And your subconscious mind, the part of you that learned how to be you by holding on to memories, learned behaviors and belief systems.

 

​The mental body plays a vital role in our overall consciousness and shapes our understanding of the world and ourselves. It is where we process information, make sense of our experiences, and construct our individual narratives. The mental body is closely intertwined with language and communication, as it allows us to conceptualize, categorize, and articulate our thoughts and ideas.

Hormones and neurotransmitters play key roles in transmitting signals and coordinating responses throughout the body. 

Energetic

Your energetic body is the seat of our intuition and gut instincts, often providing us with a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. It is through this aspect of your being that you establish emotional connections with others, empathize with their experiences, and form meaningful relationships. The energetic or spiritual body refers to the subtle energy field that exists beyond the physical body. It is often described as a non-physical, ethereal aspect of our being that underlies and interpenetrates the physical form.

The energetic or spiritual body is intimately connected to our consciousness and spiritual journey. It is believed to be the vehicle through which we connect to higher dimensions of existence, explore our inner depths, and access expanded states of awareness and spiritual insights. It is through this aspect of our being that we may experience a sense of unity, oneness, and transcendence.
