We are multi-bodied pe
ople. We experience every aspect of our lives through our physical, emotional, mental and energetic bodies. Because of this, any goal we have must happen within these four planes of experience. If you are anything like me, you have worked on overcoming your stress and anxiety by addressing one or two of these bodies at a time. I took medication and exercised, helping my physical body alleviate symptoms. I went to therapy and I meditated, helping my mind & sometimes my emotional body understand what was happening. I went to yoga, acupuncture, received reiki and spent time in nature to balance my energetic body.

At the end of the day, I still struggled.

JUST 12 MODULES TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE 

The 12 modules are designed to be followed weekly.

​

  • Each online module is anywhere from 12-25 minutes to help you learn a new skill.

  • Each module has an accompanying hypnosis audio (45-65 minutes) for you to download and listen to through out the week. 

  • Homework Assignments: Nothing changes until we implement what we learn so after each module you will have an easy to follow homework assignment to help your brain learn and integrate your new skills. ​

  • A life time of change: Life changes all the time. This is why we want you to have life-time access to this course. It is always great to have the tools at hand for whenever you need a reminder of how to do the work.


MODULE 1: The multi-bodied experience. Learn to differentiate the signals from each of your four bodies so that you can get a clearer understanding of what is going on inside you when you are anxious and how to stop it. 

MODULE 2: How you actively create your reality. There is a predictable nature to our experiences. When you start slowing it all down you feel powerful to change your thoughts, actions and emotions. 
 
MODULE 3: Stress is meant to be your ally. Understand all the ways that stress is trying to help you so that you can use this to your advantage and terminate the over reactions to regular daily stimulus.  
 
MODULE 4: Reframing language Part 1. Learn the four phrases that are most impacting your stress and anxiety and begin to eliminate them from your vocabulary to experience drastic change. 
 
MODULE 5: The brain and your inner pharmacy. Finally understand why you feel what you feel and why it's been so hard to change it. 
 
MODULE 6: Reframing language Part 2. Tune your ears to the most powerful phrase in the English language. Reframe how you use language to separate feelings and judgements from your identity as a person. 
 
MODULE 7: Check in. Use this time to master and integrate the prior six modules. Experience a meditation practice. 
 
MODULE 8: Your emotions as your channel of experience. Create an anchor to support you in interrupting negative thought and emotional patterns. 
 
MODULE 9: Reframing language Part 3. Master two more every day phrases to help yourself feel more confident and clear on the power that you have to affect your life.
 
MODULE 10: Letting go. Learn how to let go of the experiences of the past though forgiveness, acceptance, compassion and gratitude. 
 
MODULE 11: What's the Worst that could happen, Part 1. Learn about how the mental, emotional and physical bodies relate to one another when we think negatively and learn how to use this to your advantage. 
 
MODULE 12: What's the Worst that could happen, Part 2. When you commit to the application of this tool, you will find yourself naturally thinking differently in no time.
