You are 4 people rolled up into one
I know that sounds a little dramatic, but dealing with chronic stress and anxiety is pretty dramatic too. Here's the thing that most practitioners won't tell you: In order to create PERMANENT change, you must address all parts of yourself. To achieve complete healing and balance within yourself, you must look at what is going on in all four of your bodies: the emotional, mental, physical, and energetic.
